Dedicated to training since a young age, Tim Merolillo has worked hard his entire life for his personal and professional accomplishments. Hard work and dedication were the keys he discovered to accomplishing his goals. This is passed on to those who seek him out as their trainer.
Tim has participated in various fitness training programs, including high school sports training and college level sports training. These programs made Tim strive for excellence because they instilled a concrete idea, which is to always be ready for the next step.
Throughout Tim’s journey toward building his own business, he has always taken pride in his extensive knowledge and understanding of training and building strength. He believes in providing the best possible experience for his clients.

AMEER ABDELKRIM

Ameer Abdelkrim is a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Elite Custom Fitness. Ameer was born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia Area, having completed his Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Social Sciences at Temple University. After completing his undergraduate education, Ameer continued his studies at American University in Washington, D.C., where he graduated from a Master of Science program (MS) in Sports Analytics and Management.
He is currently attending Liberty University in pursuance of a Doctorate of Philosophy degree (PhD) in Exercise Science. Ameer is a committed student who seeks to facilitate a culture of excellence, efficiency, and faith. Additionally, he hopes to use his platform to help improve existing issues in the public health.
